cavAsia is a system and solution provider, we have a team of professionals with the engineering know-how to design technically complex systems, have more than 15 years of project management and execution experience. We have a dedicated team on site to execute and meet demanding schedules of fast-track projects without compromising quality and ensure all aspect of safety are complied with.
Our Singapore and Malaysia team is technically capable to design and build all kinds of Cleanroom Systems, HVAC, Process, Exhaust, Electrical, Control and Instrumentation with a primary focus in the electronic, solar renewable energy, hospital, pharmaceutical and other high-tech industries. We are your trusted partner for both turn-key projects or contractor for specialist trade. Our expertise also includes facility management services, design consultation, construction management and EPCM services to assist our clients to control and manage projects on site.
Where do we come from ...
cavAsia formerly known as caverion Asia was started by a group of capable senior staff of M+W Zander way back in 2007 and reporting to the parent company caverion Deutschland GmbH caverion Deutschland GmbH was a carve-out from M+W Zander Germany with a work force of approximately 2000 employees at that time.
In September 2010, the international building and technology group YIT Finland took over the caverion Group in order to strengthen its operation in Central Europe. In 2013, a demerger of YIT Finland took place and 18,000 employees of YIT were converted back to caverion's employees.
In March 2015, caverion Asia became independent from caverion Europe and was subsequently renamed to cavAsia on 1 March 2016.
Effective from 1 Oct 2021, both cavAsia Pte Ltd and the subsidiary company in Malaysia, cavAsia Sdn Bhd, were acquired by Johnson Controls and is now fully owned by Johnson Controls.
With Johnson Controls on board, cavAsia can only be stronger. We will have the full financial capabilities to expand and undertake bigger and more challenging projects in years to come. Johnson Controls is a multinational conglomerate, headquartered in Cork, Ireland, offering multiple portfolios of building technology, software as well as service solutions.
cavAsia in Singapore
cavAsia Pte Ltd was founded in November 2007 and is officially operational since January 2008.
cavAsia in Malaysia
cavAsia Sdn Bhd was founded in September 2009.
